Application Support Analyst

Description
As an Application Support Analyst, you will analyze business requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems. You will provide technical troubleshooting, maintenance and support for hardware and software needs to internal and external end users. . You will assist with design, implementation, testing and training on new applications and upgrades to existing systems while adhering to and advocating the use of project management methodologies and standards. This position includes on call after hours duties for end user support.

Requirements
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; minimum of three years related experience with hardware/software support; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with electronic workflow systems, knowledge of medical billing practices, programming logic, project management methodologies, Oracle IBPM, SQL, Windows, SharePoint, MS Office products and TrackIt! Helpdesk software preferred.

Credentialist

Description
As a Credentialist, you will enroll all practitioners who provide or have provided services to client facilities with all applicable third party payers as well as populate and maintain the practitioner provider number tables in StaffTrack.

Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, you should have knowledge of Optika, Webforms/Clinix, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and StaffTrack.

Customer Service Representative

Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage phone calls from patients, guarantors, hospitals and insurance companies regarding medical bills

Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Medical insurance knowledge, proper phone etiquette and follow-up skills with paperwork. Flexibility to work different schedules beginning at 9AM and ending at 8PM. You should have knowledge of Stellent, Spyglass, Optika, Webforms/Clinix, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Manager of Coding

Description
As the Manager of Coding, you are responsible for managing and directing all the day-to-day activities with respect to all the functions of the Coding Department. You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable law. Such responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years experience and/or training in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of coding rules, guidelines and policies related to ICD-9 and CPT4 coding. To perfrom this job sucessfully, you should have knowledge of the following computer programs: Stellent, Kronos, Clinix, Codelink, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.

License/Registrations
Prefer CPC Certification.

Supervisor of Collections Operations

Description
As the Supervisor of Collections Operations, you will oversee the Customer Service Department on a daily basis by ensuring all policies and regulations are being followed. You will supervise a total of 6 to 7 employees in the Customer Service department and will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable law. Such responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, you should have knowledge of Oracle, Kronos, Webforms/Clinix, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ACD Monitoring System, and Crystal Reports. Must have flexibility to work different schedules beginning at 9AM and ending at 8PM.
