Chart Management & Workflow:
Apollo has a fully automated workflow system for chart processing. Versatile, effective interfacing with electronic medical records and scanned charts allows clients to send electronic versions of medical records to Apollo in real time, and can easily monitor missing or late charts with the Apollo Exceptions Management protocols. Monitoring tools readily identify trouble areas early, thus preventing small problems from becoming big problems.

Billing:
For core billing applications, Apollo is partnered with ClinixMIS utilizing an Oracle platform. ClinixMIS is an industry leading billing platform. Client data is automated and all interfaces with third party payors and many patient registration systems are complete and seamless.

Apollo’s Exceptions Web Site:

The Exceptions Web Site is a secure, HIPAA compliant, two-way communications tool to track exception charts. Every patient is tracked on a date-of-service basis, so missing and incomplete charts appear on the Exceptions Web Site and are researched and resolved.
