Apollo Information Services, Inc., was created for emergency physicians by emergency physicians. Who better to know the frustrations — and hurdles — of finding coding and billing services that are reliable, compliant, and efficient?

Expert coding and billing takes more than skill — it takes commitment — because the landscape for physicians keeps changing. This commitment is what Apollo has built its reputation on.

Apollo has been lauded as a “symbol of success and workplace innovation” in recent years by the Horizon Council of Lee County, Florida, where the company makes its home. From humble beginnings in 1998, Apollo now employs more than 200 coding and billing professionals, constantly trains them through Apollo University, and empowers them to provide the best in customer service and quality.

Apollo’s Coding and Billing practices go under regular, independent scrutiny by ED coding experts; the company is consistently awarded high marks for its conservative, compliant work and is beyond reproach for accurate, efficient, and comprehensive coding and billing.

Apollo has billed over 15 million patient visits.
